Navigating your profile on the Sky Ledge platform involves accessing and managing your account information, preferences, and settings. Here are some common steps for navigating your profile:
Getting started
1. **Log In:** Start by logging into your account using your username and password.
2. **Access Your Profile:** Once you're logged in, look for a "Profile" option in the top right-hand side of the navigation menu. Click on this option to access your profile page.
3. **Edit Profile Information:** Within your profile, you may have the option to edit and update your personal information, such as your name, email address, password, and profile picture. Look for an "Edit" or "Update Profile" button or link.
4. **Profile Information:** In your profile, you will find two (2) sections accessible from the left-hand side panel. The available options include:
a.) Personal Info Updates: This section allows you to update your personal information.
b.) Password & Security Resets and Updates: In this section, you can manage password changes and security updates.
5. **Profile Information:** In the "Update My Profile" section, you have the ability to modify your personal details using the provided form. Please note that you cannot change the base email address with which you were initially invited.
6. **Security:** The "Password & Security" section enables you to reset your password by using a secure email link to the email address to which you were initially invited.
