This revolutionary tool takes a big-picture approach to investigations, giving you an aerial view of all your data before drilling down into granular details. Whether you're tracking events or seeking comprehensive data spanning months, this module offers a centralised hub for all your information needs. With this powerful new capability, you can now conduct investigations faster and more efficiently than ever before.
Prerequisites/Requirements:
Module/license access as part of your subscription
A configured control room with assets
Step 1: Navigate to the report section on the lefthand navigation frame and select the “Event Report” to open the Top-down Investigations Module.
Step 2: When the reporting module opens, you will be able to see the base module loaded and illustrating the event-type with the most records associated with it.
Step 1: On the top section of the reporting console, you will see tabs that will be labelled with the different types of events you have programmed in your system, to jump to another tab it will reload the asset list, update the asset to event count and list the events individual events where needed. The tab that has been selected will be highlighted with a teal line beneath the selected tab.
Step 1: Beneath the event type tabs, you will notice an asset search box, once you type the initial 3 characters the Sky Ledge platform will begin the process of searching the asset list.
Step 1: If you find an event that you would like to explore further, you can click on the “Asset Insights” link located to the right of the particular event and this will open the event in question in a new tab so you can explore the assets location, fuel usage and other metrics.
Step 1: On the far right-hand side of the reporting console, you will see in blue text the current data range, if you click on the down arrow to the right of the text you will see the data range drop-down list appear. By clicking on the item, the tabs, assets, events and chart will automatically update.
Note: If you have a lot of assets in your environment and select the “last 90 days”, it may take a while to load due to the quantity of data that is needed.
Step 1: To change the chart count from daily to weekly or monthly, all you need to do is navigate to the far right-hand side of the console and click on either the “Day, Week or Month” item and the chart will automatically update
